Do NOT go to Markham Honda in Toronto, Canada

They got a near total face lift in their sales team... Omar got into the position about a year or more ago and the 7 other folks weren't even there (to my best memory).
I lost my total faith at North Markham Honda. The only dealership I will deal with are Parkway and Richmond Hill.

That's a crock of ****! If you took a car from them and didn't pay for it, they'd be all over you like flies on a pile of crap! Them taking a car from you without paying for it is the same thing, it's good that you kept on pursuing the matter, but unfortunately you didn't get a favourable result.
Maybe try the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with them? That may be an option.

i had my fair share of problems with dealers too but if you complain hard enough you will usually get your way -- well most of the time anyways.
was there anywhere in WRITING on the purchase agreement that states the car is free of liens? if so, i personally would take them to court.
after moving here to TO from the west coast i realize the only way to get things done here is to sue people. enough said!

Speak to Customer Relations as noted by starboy869...notify them of the situation and your frustrations with the dealership. Then ask them for the dealer-principal's name and go to the dealership to speak to him or her. Let the dealer principal know of your short comings and also let him or her know your formal complain registered at head office. The corporation will force the dealer principal to take action. In most cases, the dealer principal is unaware of all the activities that go on in his or her dealership. The manager may be withholding this information from the dealer principal. So, it's best you go right to the top. The dealer principal must speak with you as instructed by the corporation. But, you must ask to speak with the dealer principal or else they will just say, "they" can't do anything. Stand your ground.
