Headlights size, Front Grill, Hood. look closely and the headlights from a 96-98 is further away from grill than a 99-00

Front Bumper
Headlights
Fenders
Hood
Grill

So unless you swap those parts also, it will not look right and have gaps.

It should have had a d16y8 in it, unless the previous owner swapped a y7, most likely if the y8 blew and that was the cheapest option.

Does it really? Well i never owned an EK and never really took great interest in them. The d16y7 is non vtec, so then everything is in check.

Though for some reason the thought of d16y8 in an ex sedan is still stuck in my head...could be wrong.
