Yeah and someone should show this thread to Roadsport Honda and ask if they'd like our business and if they're going to treat us better.

Hell we should ask all around TO to see if there is going to be a Honda dealer that's going to treat us right.

your friend should not have signed the invoice without crossing off the damage waiver. by signing it, he acknowledge that he is accepting the damaged rims.

he can take it to small claims court. talk to a paralegal and get advice. as for signing the invoice, your friend has a good case of saying that he signed it due to duress. the fact that the invoice had that comment implies the dealer had damaged the friend rims. your friend has a decent chance of getting some money back for the damages, but he prolly wont gt a new set of rims.

also, tell him go to some auto clubs like http://www.carhelpcanada.com/index2.html or http://www.apa.ca/template.asp?lang=english

also, go talk to that tv guy goldhawk and write to the papers, the more attention he draws, the more nervous the dealership will get because of negative PR. honda canada prolly wont do anything because they are not involved, your dispute is with the dealership.

your buddy shouldn't take this type of treatment and service.

If you "have to" check out Dalt's Honda. Their service department rocks. Their parts people are quick too. But ONLY if you HAVE to go to HONDA. But mainly go for the service. They will answer any and all questions you have even if you don't service there.
