Custom fabricating parts / LED person

im in search of a place that would custom fabricate parts for me.. like tail lights.
or a person who knows how to do an LED conversion to lights.
any suggestions would help thanks.

MM PM lordm i think i've called him once before for something along the lines of this......i think he may know some stuff about it....if not he will know someone. . .
