Couple Questions

Alrighty.

What does 'EK' mean? vs 'EF'? I've seen it used on these forums a few times.

Also, why is it that 2 of the exact same car, one auto, on standard.. why is it that people always say the standard is faster? Is it really? Or is it a misconseption?

Im bored and up late at night, so I decided to post here.

(ps Toronto is too damn far of a drive for my Civic and I up here in Simcoe )
