Computers

Does anyone know if there is a difference between and Auto computer and a Manual computer

Bought a 94 B18C1 from Splitfire but the computer that it came with is a P72 OBD1 for a auto ........ And I am wondering if that would make a difference

Take it to hyperduck..

A conversion is possible with the removal of resisitors.

I would check and see if the motor you have is auto as well.

If so take it back unless you wanted it.

I'm sure deviant will chime in as well..

you'd also have to have a manual ecu program chip installed should take too much work from the hyperducktuning crew

it's decided by the computer... just get it chipped it's not that expensive to do most likely cheaper then buying the correct ecu
