haha...
check out the ls1 forums... or was it camaroz28 forums...

anyways, kid seemed to have cried his *** off and ended up in the hospital for a nervous breakdown after loosing his car.

apparently the camaro dude felt sorry for the kid and sold back his VTEC to him....

actually what i heard what happened was they met up at a gas station before they even got to the track and they signed an agreement for selling the other car back to the person for $300.they did this before they even saw eachothers car.

^ no,no they didnt, the owner of the firebird posted what happend on one of the ls1 forums.....the kid broke down etc,etc (i thionk the hospital part is over exagerated) cause he never mentioned about that, neways he felt bad cause it felt like robbing candy from a baby and they had no use for the car being an import and not what they feel like playing around with......didnt say how much he sold it back to him for but i can bet it was more then 300 bucks.

My civic would kill that piece of junk crapmaro. The only race a domestic wins is the race to the gas station!

Domestic = junk!
Jap= cool super fastness!

I think the key here is that domestics are built for straight line speed. Thats the ethos of the american culture, get there as fast as possible. While imports have a more rounded approach: fast but not that fast in a straight line, with good handling. Thats one area were those solid rear suspension muscle cars can't touch imports. (there is always exception though)

^^^ yeah....atleast those solid rear suspension setups can get you around the corners in style if you know how to use 'em! lol

first. jrp is an online dealer to canada and the states.
second. i am not defending him because he IS a moron. and should be kicked in his nuts because he was running STREET TIRES ON SIR RIMS!! dumbest **** ever. no way he could have kept up. and he clearly wasn't watching his gauges cause he found his wastegate line cut. and if he actually did replace it the day before, there is no way other than the other guy did it. therefore. he is a dumb piece of ****. and deserves to be left crying.
he should have shown up KNOWING his car was mint and on slicks. and nothing but slicks. with a gutted interior.
