Changing the colour of your car...

If you change the colour of your car, and the ownership says differently, you can be fined. Happened to a friend of mine.

Question is: can you have the DMV change the colour on the ownership to match the car?

The MK1 MR2 I picked up recently was red, says red on the ownership, but the previous owner painted it black...thinking about keeping it black...

Anybody know?

Just go to the MTO and they will change your ownership to reflect the new colour. No pics needed, just bring the ownership and tell them
