okay so long story short,
the guy i purchased the car off of, lied about the kilometers on the car..after a long dispute i've finally got some money back. I know it could've been a legal battle but I am satisfied with the car...

now..i purchased the car on march 26th, its well over a month and i have yet to register the car because i did not want to register the car without getting my money back...

now..is there any complication in me registering the car since its been well over a month?
the ownership is already signed and dated to march 26th...theres no way of me changing it...
is there a fee or a process i have to go thru to register now?

just play dumb. I registered a vehicle 8 months later. the lady told me about the rules but didn't charge me ****

You can tell em a white lie like it was dated when you signed it...or tell them that you didn't need the car till now and didn't know about the rules.

6 days? I registered my car after I believe 13 or 14 days, didn't have any problems. Not a single word was said about this.

All the lady said was your supposed too. I said I didn't know anything about it and I had just got it ready for the road. They just want there money.
