Car dilemma

Hey guys! Long time lurker here.

I'm hoping you guys could help me out and give me some advice. My current daily driver is an 03 Civic AUTO sedan with 210k. Inherited it from my brother less than a year ago. Since my time of ownership, I have had to replace the air filter, oil, brake pads and rotors, and have to get my timing belt replaced (cheapest ive been quoted is $600, not to mention one of my windows has stopped working. I'm currently in university and don't have lots of money to throw around, especially for a car that I'm bored of driving. I am open to learn how to repair cars as a hobby, but doing the timing belt/water pump/gastkets/tensioners is not a beginners task:p

I have recently put the car up for sale due to the lack of enjoyment I get out of my car and also since I don't really want to put the money to keep it, when I can buy another car that would be far more enjoyable, even to the extend of learning to fix (which my car isn't the most motivating to do on :().

What is a guy like me to do? Any advice is appreciated.
