car deck theft...

arrived to my car in the underground parking garage at pacific mall only to find my door unlocked and my kenwood mp3 deck gone...

happened to anyone?

yeah, its the detachable one...the one time i didn't detach it, this happens....bad luck....

my insurance company is probably gonna do ****

been there had that happen..

tho back then, ya, insurance covered shyt like that..
these days tho you usually have to buy "extra" insurance to have any add-ons covered..
bastard insurance companies..

Depending on your insurance coverage they should cover this. I believe you are covered up to $1500 dollars worth of stereo equipment. The only problem is that your deductable will be around $300. Call your insurance company and see what they say. My system was stolen 2 years ago and they covered $4000 worth of damage by the thieves.

wow they did it at pacific mall, thats a pretty open area not concealed or anything, thiefs are getting more gutsy

yeah, i know...it was day time at around 3pm with lots of people running around too......

that sucks man, try asking their security people to check whether they have surveilance video on the lot to find out who did it
