Who makes them or are they made in china?

I know the NAscar brand is mobil one, moog, wix and goodyear....

They are made in china.

It's name appears on many canadian tire products, but that doesn't mean it's part of mobile one, or whatever other brands you stated above.

Certified is canadian tire's brand. Its an ok brand, alot of shops use them. They make anything from bulbs to rotors.
