Can I join with....

... an 88 Civic?

You can give me the honary title of the lowest mileage pre 90 in the club....

... it would become the winter and few days summer car when its too wet...

How does....

4 doors.
4 speed auto

Sound?

The rear seats have never been sat in. Super clean.

60,000 kms...

Fiance's grandmother who is 92 bought it in 88.

We'll see when I get it. I also got a few cash offers on my 87 Mazduh when I was teaching car control in Minden on the ice racing track. Apparently the Mazduh would make a great ice-racer. Damn, I love making profit on winter cars....

88 Civic with 60,000 kms =

I'm hard core guys, I tell you.

Sweet!! That's a nice find...a gem almost. Now, if it was a 5 spd Si hatch, that would be a true gem. Hey, what's with you VW owners using Hondas for winter? My good buddy w/ a 99 Golf VR6 Mk3 had a 85 Civic 4 dr auto winter car. His timing belt snapped and broke the cam a week after I told him to change it. His Golf got stolen

members must own either a Honda Civic, CRX, del Sol, or Acura EL. Year and trim level does not matter.

Actually, he is an F-body owner like me. His fiancee has the Vee Dub (I know it is supposed to be both of theirs but I am sure reality is...). My Civic is also my "winter" car and for "rain" in the summer. But....it's newer (and worth more) than my F-Body. There should be more like us.... (Ha, Ha)

That reminds me... two weeks ago I drove to montreal to pickup my fiancee who was there on business training. She flew one way, we drove the rest. Nice weekend get-away.

So out of nowhere, a good traffic flow started happening, four of us ended up doing 150 for about an hour and a half. Needless to say some early 90s, Acura kicked my *** big time. We had two friendly runs. But I just sat back and went... "mmmmmm"... with my heated seats on 3 and kick-*** stock VW stereo.

The stereo is simply amazing. I'm sure it has a lot to do with how well sealed the doors are.

Nice seal there....the chassis is very solid and well built. My prob is with the electronics of the vehicle. The brakes are AWESOME too.

hahah ZED - what did I tell you brother.

You now have a civic and you have already been handed your first loss. It won't be a matter of time before you are hopping that little bugger up.

The loss was in the VW, but I get your point.
