Caa
OK, thinking about getting a membership but not until next season. I want to get it primarily so that if I go to the track and something breaks or blows up I can get it towed back home (Scarborough) or to a shop (RT). OR if something goes wrong out of the blue.
Who has it?
What package to get?
How much?
Is it worth it?
Thanks

ya i have one to, i think that it is worth getting because when your driving anything could happen plus when you go to any sunoco they swip your caa car and gives you points so that the next time you renew your caa it will be cheper from all the points that you got from sunco

CAA is a lifesaver! I've used it a few times all of which were not on my own car! It's a great deal!
I'm a CAA PLUS, which is a little better than regular. Plus members gets more towing Km's as well as more side of the road gas if you run out etc. Check out their website for a full list of benifits.

I've got CAA as well. I have used it a few times and it has come in handy. It saved me one morning when my old Civic died on the side of the 401. Also used it to help a friend of mine get his car out of a ditch when he slid off the road. Depending on where you are and the time of day, it can take quite a while for them to get you though. I would recommend it though, as it can really come in handy.

Your lucky that your window was open just enough for me to get your door open that day.:working:

I just want some "insurance" in case anything happens at the track or something outta the blue pops up.

i dont have one, but i heard it really comes in handy..if you are going to get it..get the gold membership, they will tow your car from anywhere and its unlimited, but if you get the silver package, they will only tow your car to the nearest gas station for up to 200 km, anything over that you have to pay and they can only tow your car up to 5 times..

The CAA Plus is great! You get 4 service calls (which I use all on towing). Have you ever priced a 200km tow? Just doing one tow is already worth the $80. And plus I go to Cayuga and Shannonville quite a bit, so if something ever happens to my car there, I feel safer since I got CAA and they can tow my car back to Toronto for free.
