Where are you guys going to buy your brake pads and rotors for 96-00 civics ? Any good places in the west end of the GTA? I am looking for economy/budget stuff that will last me about 6-7 months.

canadian tire is the spot for cheap brake parts! or I'm sure Cynikal is gonna have some seeeeecret back alley shop only he knows about

we carry KVR pads and rotors... they are on special for $180 for front pads and rotors.

If you want cheap stuff canadian tire is pretty cheap... cheap quality and cheap price. The Jasper/Guardian economy china rotors and pads are like 20 bucks a set of pads and like $25 a rotor i think for an ek. I wouldnt put those on myself but I work there so i think those are accurate prices. They SHOULD get you 6 or 7 months lol, but i wouldnt keep them on much longer.

I found some guy on craigslist that runs a shop with car parts, he said he can do economy rotors for $18/each and a set of pads for $20.00. This is my winterbeater so I just need a set of brakes to get me through winter. Ill consider brands like KVR, Brembo, PBR when I buy my performance vehicle.

i had the cheapo pads and rotars on my golf (94) and they lasted me 60 000 Km easily
