Blue Threadlocker removal

Blue Threadlocker removal
I used a small amount of the medium strength Blue Threadlocker on a part in my car last year and now that I'm trying to remove the part, the Threadlocker is holding it on pretty good. So, it does work LOL.
Anyway, I'm trying to remove the part without stripping the tiny allen bolt that holds it together. Any ideas on how to soften the Threadlock? The parts are aluminum so I don't think heat will work. Is there a solvent of some kind for softening Threadlock?

you can try paint thinner and then a small touch of heat just propane torch get your allen socket for this on as they tend to not stip the bolt as easy as a normal key would and just touch the heat an turn and repeat and rinse.
