I didn t read it but if what C.M says is true then why not make 149 ??? it would avoid any possibility of the stunting law on the 400 series highways.. ohh wait then they wouldn't make money lol. Regardless I'm not against it for the same reasons as C.M.

Instead of trying to pass all these stupid speeding laws, they should be more focused on higher percentage causes for deaths. But hey, whatever makes them money.

its drunk people who drive they should be after! if they are going to pass this law might as well let the smart car to be the only car sold in Canada! push the pedal to the metal and it still wouldn't go over 150! lol

Easy, the new Nissan does this already.

In Japan, they have the speed limiters, as you enter a track, software, linked to the gps, tells the ecu, and the limiter is disabled.

You leave the track, the limiter is automatically engaged.

It's for real, All hail the Stig and Top Gear for that info.

Who cares.. It's actually a good thing.. Nowadays with the newer cars it's so easy to loose track of your speed while you're driving cuz they are much more powerful and smooth.

As if they won't have something to deactivate the limiter well before it even get's implemented..
