Biggest bang theory

if I could do it all over again, I would've saved all my money for a turbo setup...
he should save that 3Gs and find another ~2Gs for a basic turbo install... then he can upgrade as he goes along...
oh and those 18"s aint helpin either... get some forged ones if you gotta rock big rims... I have almost 150ft/lbs to the wheels and my 21lbs/18"rim still bogs me...
style AND performance rarely come at a cheap price...

Great post.............junk the 18"s no matter how much they cost.
Lets just say u hit the 200whp mark....those 18's will slow u down so much its not worth it. With 3G's i would get heavy into the suspension, you never said what kinda shocks u were useing with the sleeves but that matters.....sway bars sturt bars all make a diff.

true that... suspension makes the most difference in daily driving.. I mean how often are you racing or booting it? then think about how many turns and corners you take...
a good shock/strut combo to start... then braces and anti-sway bars next... full coilovers if you can afford it... and polyurethane bushings all around for the advanced *****...
going fast in a straight line is fun but taking an on-ramp at 120+km/h is like whoa...
oh and then I'd do brakes next... lol

I share your opinion compleately Im a wheel man first... Torque is soon to come, but its still second... I dream about corners but to each their own

You can run 5psi on the old D16z and Y8s with 450 injectors and an S-AFC for light tuning. I know people running this no problem.
More psi though and you need built internals and engine management.
Personally, go for suspension. That way your car can put up with the power. Plus twisty roads are fun.
