Better years than others?

I did do a search and found nothing, so shut it and give me the goods!

I'm looking for another civic to help take the load off my car as I'm logging alot of k's. Just wondering if more parts are available for certain years(92-95 etc). Any constructive input would be appreciated.

aftermarket parts could include non-OEM parts ie. brembo blank rotors instead of Honda

omg don't kid yourself. you want to buy another car so you can split up driving duties to save your stock coupe????? if you haven't noticed you have one of 20 billion 6th gen coupes. there is nothing special about it, rock it till the wheels fall off.

drive it all year round, chances are your running a d, so when it dies in a couple years, swap in a new d for couple hundred and boom new car , or spendmoney n upgrade to something more powerefull, but slapp some steelies n drie it year round

Really, didn't realize replacing an engine was cheaper than buying a beater. I guess I'll just keep the cash I had looking for a beater and save it for my car when it needs it. I don't think my car is anything special, just thought a beater taking some of the duty would make a resale on my coupe better should I sell.

it will make it better on the resale.
cuz what you got to remember is with milage there is also more wear on your car itself. so taht means you will have to replace parts not related to the engine itself when the time for the new engine occurs or even between engines. but getting a beater is stupid because you will have to pay for initial purchase of the vehicle then all the paper work etc then maintanence etc... imo not worth it.
