Best Upgrade for $100-$150

Just wanted to see what your thoughts are.

What do you consider the best thing you can do to your civic for between $100 and $150...whether it be performance, stereo, styling, whatever.

...and go.

Plugs and wires for an instant tune-up, or a cheaper Short shifter, or a used CAI.

I'd say get a deck. It's the first mod most ppl do. Even if they don't listen to alot of music. If you are not into audio AT ALL, then get an intake. It should leave you with enough to get a car wash at the end. Dependiing on the brand you buy.

if a fuel pressure regulator is upgraded while everything else is stock I don't think you'll see anything noticable...

So when would you see gains from it? If you went blower, or turbo?
