Best place to take driving exam?

I have my g2 and need to stop being lazy and get my G, i went to downsview for my g1 exit, and found that the area is conjested and a bit chaotic, and on top of it being nervous and all, id rather not go back to that one.

is there one that is around the gta that you'd recommend or that has ppl that are a little more relaxed?

i could go way out of the city, but id rather not, so let me know where you found an easy testing ground...

Aurora... Its on Yonge past Bloomington (North of Elgin Mills, which is North of Major Mack, which is North of Hwy 7)

i took all my tests in burlington and passed the first time... although 90% of you passing is how the quota's are looking when you take your test

brantford!!! i booked online and got a test a week later. G tests are supposed to be like 45 mins long, she took me out to the 403 and i got off next exit, turned around and went back and that was my test lol! easy shi

Yes, you could go way outside the city. A friend of mine went all the way to Peterborough (or Pickering... something with a P!) to take her driving test and I think that they just give licenses away there coz I've seen her drive and uhm, let's just say that it isn't pretty!! lol

Aurora or Brantford seem like good ideas since there's a lot less traffic there unlike here in the city. But there's a driving exam place out in Scarborough near Morningside or something that I've also heard is pretty easy.

i live in north york, so which is the easiest to get to? im a good driver, i just have issues with parrel parking, reverse parking without a reference point, the usual...and i dont want some **** tester.

i want to book it for sometime in the next 2 weeks, so everyone who hasnt posted, cough up the places you've hurd is good, and i dont mean if you just happened to get a nice tester... if its not near conjested roads, thats a plus

what is an emergency stop???? this may sound like a stupid question...is it just like if you have to pull over to check a map or something? pull over and signal to the curb side? or is it when you have a flat and you stop the car on the highway with your flashers on?

what other stuff did they make you do, or NOT make you do?

h_accordexr 19-Oct-2003 02:34 PM

go to scarbrough i went to the one on keele and failed 2 times pure jerks and i know i followed all the procedures so 3rd time i passed at the scar testing centre.

imported_Slim K 19-Oct-2003 02:53 PM

so there are two in scarborough, which one should i avoid, like you said..and which one should i go to then??? im not really familiar with the area...which is the good one

imported_snotz 19-Oct-2003 03:00 PM

Yeh aurora is pretty easy. I got my g2 back in the day, at victoria park and lawerence. Most people got jacked there! (I didn't)

DJTre 19-Oct-2003 05:06 PM

Do it in Orangeville (North of Brampton)
The highway test is in Hwy. 10 (Hurontario)
really easy, lol.
