I wish I did have a mig, but a couple things stood in the way of getting one.
1. The metal on the 3rg gen is thinner so a greater chance of blowing holes
2. My wife would not let me buy one
Actually brazing is pretty quick one you have everything dialed in. I used my HobbyWeld arc on the thicker metal - basically the exhaust....
The only caveat to using the brazing torches is that you use ALOT of oxygen...read$$
I still have to get a piece of piping custom bent to go around the axle before I can hang the exhaust..

Well..
Got a section of 2" bent to go around the gas tank and over the axle - for a paultry $40 Unfortunately, the guy who did the work screwed up on one of the bends on the pipe So I had to fab up a new section and weld it in. Yeehah - exhaust complete!!
Bled the brakes and mounted the rims (today..)
More pics to follow

Yes the seats are very nice. They are old school recaro replicas - same that you would find in a BMW. They are super comfy with excellent lateral support - plus they don't look like a sparco.. It's coming off the jack stands tomorrow..

Uhhh no. I used a proper compressor and spray gun. I used a single stage paint which has clear mixed in. It is not as glossy as a two stage (separate basecoat and clear coat) nor did I want that. And at **.99 I will not complain. No runs, paint went on smooth. Sands nice. Paint is not easy though, with all the primer, primer sealer, sanding between coats it took a few days. You actually have to see the car in person, my camera is not the greatest
I still have to use a polishing compound to buff up the paint properly.
