there is nothing special about those. There were 2 original badges in japan:
-Soshinoya Badge for the new drivers. Its the green and yellow badge and -Koleshiya for the elder drivers. Its the red and yellow badge. They actually serve(d) a purpose in japan. To let drivers know whether its a learning driver or a senior driver. Now people putting these on their cars just for the street cr3dz is pointless and overdone. |

If your going to rock one of those why not just get an L (learner) or N (new driver) sticker from BC then you could be west coast cool?? Id definitely find it pretty amusing seeing anyone drive with one either of those stickers who didnt need one...
