It's part ofthe fast idle from the OBD0 motor.

Are you running an OBD1 ECU? You won't need it.

Scott, since we're on the topic of fast idle... I did a mani swap from Y7 5 spd to Y8 auto. Everything plugs right in. I wanna eliminate the fast idle function from the engine. Can I have someone make a blockoff plate for the FITV and just eliminate it altogether or is the FITV also the IACV in my case? I mean... does the FITV control my normal idle too or is it just the cold idle?? I forgot to look before I installed it. :banghead stupid me! As far as ECU is concerned, I run a Hondata P06 3BD so that's irrelevant (and yes the wiring has been done so that the 2 wire ECU runs a 3 wire IACV)
