People need to remember that STI is a boxster motor and is made for sliding around and taking turns.... the car is built for rally so even a crx with a k20 is still gonna get run by a modified STI.... and its quite comical how you keep attacking the "stock" STI.... put some money into an STI and it will be slamming it to any honda I mean really everyone needs to think about what Martin said... and actually sit back and realize jeez... its AWD for a reason... an STI is not built to be a drag strip queen.... its built for cornering....

he's right bro once your built built! you just need proper fuel and air fuel mixture and just keep turning up boost my R could range from 300whp to 700whp 550whp was the limit for me on pump at 21psi and 680whp 26psi plus race fuel

duh bigger charger. thought i would absolutely disagree with the whole 8/9s bs. if you build your car with cheap parts...yeah you will be quicker, but not for long. if you actually noticed, most car parts are about the same in performance world. prices vary by a bit but not much. now as everybody knows, there is no replacement for displacement. take your civic and go grocery shopping. 8s, ftw haha have fun hooking to the track.
piston/rods/boost ehhhh lol you obviously know nothing about subarus first off sti's tiny chargers cant make power for **** so your gonna need no smaller than a gt40r turbo while doing that converting the top mount to a front mount 1200cc injectors big cam custom diff (atleast a cusco rear end) and much much more... now do you have any idea how much cake your little scooby will have taken to build to make 9's? enough to get my civic into the 8's with extra gas money lol plz bro
