Attention Team Rukus / Stiles Works

Team Rukus (Jay Stiles) I have been trying to contact you for over a few months now. No response has been heard from you.

I have a lawyer involved in the case now which she will be handling.

I will leave this here, but I do not want this to get into major conversation and lose sight of what you are trying to accomplish.

If need be, I will bump it every so often so it does not get lost.

Stiles Werks is no longer an affiliate of this club and hasn't been for the last couple of months. I myself have been trying to get in touch with him as well and have no success.

Good Luck and I responded to your pm

If any of you know of where his shop is now, or have any contact information, please post it here so the initiall poster can find him and his car. Any info or talk, please keep it in this post.

Thanks

Thanks for opening this back up. Just a quick little update, its not umm Oct 14th more than a month has gone by since the new shop got relocated on Credit Stone Rd in Woodbridge. Still no call and no replies. Waiting to hear back from my Lawyer this week and going from there.

My lawyer has tried everywhich way to try to contact him but no response. If anyone has details on where this "New Shop" is located I would really appreciate a message from you asap.

I was 25 when I bought this car and I just turned 28 a week or so ago.

i will check tommorow i work on creditstone and there only a select few places i think where this shop could be beacyse most the the shops between rutherford and highway 7 are large industrial buildings so it would be my best bet that his shop is located after highway 7 on credit stone

I spoke with my lawyer yesterday. She said something like you cant just do that or something. I have certain routes and ways you have to go about it. On Monday I should have a copy of the Statement Of Claim. Which I had no idea what it was. Just facts and stuff basically to sue him. So I need to go over it when I get it. And then go from there which Im gonna ask whats the next step.

This is VERY VERY VERY brutal I have to go about this route to get my vehicle back from a bodyshop. Ive tried all my options and the lawyer was the last one. So I'll keep everyone upto date. I just dont know what to say anymore guys. Im running outta words to express my situation and emotions.

Oct 31 still no word from the bodyshop. Both #'s are out of service now so thats just great. Waiting to hear still from my lawyer with my documents.

If anyone has details reguarding his where abouts or some means of locating him that would be great if you could let me know.

Well if I didnt have this civic air ride kit and some other things invested I would just scrap the whole idea of this show car. Which is a shame. Its hard what to think after 2 years of waiting for nothing.

Still looking for the POS Im thinking of offering a reward since the COPS wont do **** all and court is gonna be awhile. Thanks ALOT Toronto Civic Club for a Great Affiliate which ripped me off for my money and my car. Im taking donations to do another build if anyone wants to help me out.

Atleast some people offered to try to locate this new business of his which I even doubt he opened. Thanks for shattering my dreams. 2 years down the drain and I cant even count the amount of grey hairs Ive gotten from this. lol I should have went to a sun tan place before I met Kumar. Then I could try to say I was Sir Lanken Durka Durka "Click" Ding Dang Jay

Probably took my money and opened up a Quiki Mart to sell some squishies
