Unhappy Anyone dealt with www.iloveracing.com?

Hey guys hows it going..Im just wondering if anyone has dealt with this site before, and has had the same experience as i had.

I ordered some B16/K20/FF Hatch shirts from www.iloveracing.com , it took 3 months, and in between that time I had sent a letter asking where my shirts where (around 2 months in or so)

I moved from Thunder Bay to Sudbury to school, So on top of what was in my order, I also had to pay 10 dollars getting it shipped to Sudbury, and 10 dollars for duty.

This is the email i had sent to them:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
" I ordered some T-shirts on July 22nd 2007. The order consisted of 3 T-Shirts:
-Pacfic Rim FF Hatchback Originals Tee-Black
-PR Big Power B16A Tee - Red
-PR Big Power K20A Tee - Yellow

First of all, The order took about 2 and a half months to ship. I ordered it from Thunder Bay, Ontario. I now reside in Sudbury for school. I had to get it shipped to Sudbury from Thunder Bay. I finally got my package today, September 13th 2007.

I opened it about 5 Minutes ago, hoping to find my 3 Honda shirts, Only finding a kid's size Care Bears ****ing Gettup. The order also had 3 "Iloveracing.com" / "Ilovedrifting" Business cards inside the package.

I'd like to know who had the ****in smarts to set this one up. I don't take these kind of jokes too well, being as i spent $105 ($85usd shirts/shipping, $10usd duty, and $10 to have it shipped to Sudbury.) to get a Honda shirts..Which never happened. I want answers, I want them now. "

yeah if i was looking at it from another person's point of view i think it'd be pretty funny myself. I have no clue how something like this would happen?

I did send them an e-mail about a month ago asking where my stuff was..I might have sounded a little rude, but i mean..I'm still a paying customer, I wouldn't see any reason to out someone almost 100 bucks and send Care bear ****..?

But they don't answer e-mails, and they don't have a phone number listed, nor a return address...so I'm a little puzzled as to what i should do..guess im kind of ****ed and need to find a skinny midget girlfriend to rock the care bear look?

Call your credit card company and refuse the transaction.

Trust me, they'll call you when they don't get their money.

If you used a credit card.....

but seriously, any self-respecting company will make things right.

very seldom do they just leave you out to dry.

your email should have been a bit more courteous even though you feel cheated.

Just call your CC company to find out. They'll probably try to contact the vendor and see what happened. If they can't get in contact with them, then most likely they refund you back.
