Consider I pay 35 for 2 liters of Motul, that's a fine deal.

yeah, 8.50 is good considering CDN tire charges like around $10+ a bottle for amsoil.

It's hard to find a cheap good oil filter in toronto. everywhere you go...it's FRAM, FRAM, FRAM! honda OEM is also a FRAM. k/n is too expensive.

I went shopping in buffalo/niagara this past weekend and picked up some stuff from this store called advance autoparts. Got some mobil1 5w20 for $5.24US a quart (about $6.70CDN tax incl) and a few purolator pureone filters for $5.88US (about $7.50CDN tax incl). I can't even find this stuff in Toronto.

The purolator premium plus model for civics was something like $3US each. Those are much better and cheaper than the blue OEM honda ones. If you don't mind the short drive to niagara, cross the border and stock up! Car stuff is defintely much cheaper and better in the states.

Cools I actually ended up picking up some HAMP oil filters from www.speedstar.ca Albert hooked me up. Fram is okay I guess. I wouldn't mind trying out that new filter designed for syn. oil. only, But it's of course isn't availble for the cdn market till later.
