The SiR in Canada is the US Si.

Yup their Si is our SiR

Their Si is our SiR ..
if you think its fishy, just look for hte obvious things..

the US SI should have painted mouldings, 4 wheel disc brakes..
a b16a2, mph cluster, power everything and of course SIR Rims..

Just check for the obvious things to make sure its not just a re-baddged US Ex.

Not quite, US SI is close to the Canadian SIR ('99-'00)

Except that the CDN SIR has been "winterized" and has these added features over and above the US SI.
1. Heated mirrors
2. Spray nozzles for windshield instead of stream
3. ABS
4. Larger windshield washer fluid resovour
5. And little things like the SIR badge.

Don't be fooled with a US SI that's been rebadged an "SIR" when I was shopping for one there was too many used car dealers doing that! A CDN SIR should go for more because of the above mentioned features. The average joe doesn't know this.

Two ways to figure out whether the car is a US Si or Cdn SiR:

1. Check VIN numbers for EM1 chassis code
2. Check Engine block for B16A2
