96-98 and 99-2000 hatches?

96-98 and 99-2000 hatches?
would like to ask if the 96-98 front bumper and the 99-2000 front bumber for hatch are the same...i like the bumper from the 99-2000 hatches...and would to put it on my 96-98 hatch....but i want to know if i would have to change the fenders and the hood to do this....so instead of going sir front just want to do 99-2000 cd or dx front....thanx for viewing

I think you meant to ask if 99-00 CX/DX front are the same as SiR? The answer is yes, except the Grille, and the lip for obvious reason.
