95 si

Guys i have a 95 si , which i bought last feb. Looking through some of the 4sale posts some of the postings say that standard features for si's were 4 wheel disk breaks. Is that true? when i do a Vin seach i get it as a 95 ex. Can anyone help me out with the standard features of the car please.

Thanx in advance guys

If you own a si coupe, then your car doesnt come with disk brakes. Its rare for your model to come with disk brakes. EX model is pretty much an si model in the states.

yeah, I would assume you have purchased a wrecked and rebuilt american car if it comes up as a 95 EX. sorry man

if you read the VIN # carefully, I believe one of the letters/numbers in the sequence may tell you where the car was originally intended for sale

i also have a 95 EX coupe. EJ1 baby!!!! Well i guess i don't really have a true EJ1 anymore, now that i have changed pretty much everything about the car that makes it an EJ1.
Got mine while i lived in ohio. Its practically the same as the canadian SI but it has power windows and locks. The USDM SI hatch had rear disks, but not the coupes.
So your car should have a power moonroof, power mirrors, power steering, power door locks, power windows, 14 inch wheels w/wheel covers (stupid how the top of the line model of that year doesn't even come with aluminium wheels) and factory tweeters, and of course a 1.6 liltre SOHC VTEC d16z6 engine, oh and i almost forgot the most uncomfortable seats ever offered in any model honda....EVER!!!!. Thats ok, del sol seat fit almost perfectly with little modification....and they look so much sweeter, and sit like 2.5 inches lower than the crappy stock ones.
