93 EG - starting problem

Hello everyone, I have a 93 hatch with a d15 and automatic that seems to have trouble starting when it's hot outside or if it's been sitting out in the sun for a while, it works fine when it's cold but a day like today and the damn thing wouldn't start? any ideas as to what this problem relates to? the starter sounds like its fine, so I think it's more of a fuel delivery problem. Any ideas? thanks in advance.

Yeah, main relay.
Pull it out, open it up and reflow all the solder joints on the board.
