90 civic ........ZC or D16Z6(92-95si)?? which is better in your opinion.

You can tune the d16a6 to be quick (i've heard of some 200hp ones) but they're not daily drivers and I've heard that reliability is lost to an extent.
Not to mention its expensive. Resleeved, bored out, cam and cam gear, i/h/e/ i'm sure theres other stuff but I cant think...
All i'm saying is that it can be done, but its not cheap...
