I checked that car out also but with the brembo package, anyways, my thoughts on the car.......really cheaply built, from seats to gauge clauster, door panels. I felt like i was in a kia.

hey u got a turbo, and 19" rims are heavy and all with the rotational mass but it aint that much difference.

you have a Turbo'd car, driving on 19" Chrome, id rather bling then risk losing my license since u cant race on the street anywyas...

only make sense.

the thing that doesn't make sense is that having those heavy chrome rims effects your gas mileage, and with the gas prices lately... I keep seeing these guys driving full size ford & gm trucks with 20 or 22" chrome rims and wonder how they can afford it. must be something in the air in Hamilton.

Neons have never been good cars. However I think the SRT4 is pretty cool however I don't see it being such as big thing as people are making it out to be. It's still a Dodge and after some family members having bad exp with Dodge cars I doubt I'd own one.

Also when I think of the SRT4 I still think of the Neon and the pieces of junk they are. An old saying comes to mind too.
'Sticking feathers up your **** does not make you a chicken.'

Very, VERY VERY soild motor. It has the heard of a mitsubishi.... not a dodge.

Dont beat on this car because it has a neon herritage, they are very good cars, very good motors. Tranny is a bit on the week side but so is our honda's.

I know people pushing like 400whp on stock honda trannys. It's how you drive. If you beat the **** out of it and power shift all the time your tranny isn't going to last.

Did anyone see that SRT they did up on Tuner TV on speed vision last week?

I believe the guy was from T.O. they spent 10,000 on it and it was pushing about 376 WHP!!

you can download and watch it here, it actually was a decent program

I actually went to test drive one but they had none in at Erin Dodge. I even told the guy I had no intentions of buying one I just wanted to see what all the hype was about.

I was just at pipes in scarborough where they were working on a few srt-4's. One of the guys took his wifes for a rip on the dead end street. All I gotta say is HOLY **** that car is fast. They changed the BOV to release into atmosphere so it gave a nice big PSSSSSSSSSSST. Painted her wheels flat black on a red car. Was really nice. Those seats are ****in sick *** seats too.
