2004 LX Sedan - Slow wipers

Just had the timing belt, water pump & alternator replaced 2 days ago. Noticed today that the windshield wipers are moving slower than before the replacements. Any ideas what would cause the slowdown? Had the alternator replaced because noticed that the headlights and inside dome lights flickered intermittently. The garage also said needed to be replaced as it failed the load test. Thanks.

Our alternators hardly fail the load test. They just have excessive AC ripple, which I guarantee the shop didn't test out. So they're already lying to you.

Slow wipers is usually caused by too much friction on the windshield (assuming the wipers were fine before you replaced them). It's probably a cheap brand of wiper blade, most likely.
