2004 Honda Civic Sir GFX

I am currently driving a 2003 Si-G Civic coupe and thinking about giving that car to my brother and purchasing a new 2004 Civic Sir. Does anyone know if there will be a GFX package for the 2004 Sir that comes free as it did with the 2003 models?
