real racers cars are usually sleepers that look liek crap are gutted to ****...all the money goes into the motor and drivetrain.....a b18 in a ek isnt' really fast...that woudl be a mid 14 sec car...I'm talkign about a 12-11 sec street dsm with 5-8000 in total put into the car...or a raggedy mustang 5.0....that's what is real not 19 inch cromes with play stations and subs and a wing with graphiscs....or a gutted h22 on spray or a built ls/vtec in a 4th gen that is primer grey.....

They were both alright. The second one did have some fugly *** cars in it specially the ugly *** purple one the black dude was driving and the ugly *** actress in the pink s2K.
Not too crazy about the brutal flames from the exhaust. the muscle cars were nice. I agree partially with dingus, the cars they put in the show are brutal and slow with canadian tire hopups attatched to them.
Hopefully they put some nicer quicker cars in the next one, but I doubt that will happen. The scene has gotten soo brutal and ricey in the past year or 2, plus the addition of the fast and the furious movies, im pretty much out of it, not the same as 2 years ago thats for sure

All in all I liked the movie but it did have its unrealistic moments....anyone have 35 large to drop on a race? And how about spraying Nos while jumping a bridge?

Other than that, race scenes were way better.....and a car doesnt have to be rusted and primered ro be fast....your car can be nice too....

what gets me pissed is the technical innaccuracies. and the huge chrome rims, and in 2f2f they were flyin on the freeway and the speedo said 100 mph. lame. fnf had better story, but the technical aspects suked ***.

If i wanted realisim, I would watch boaring documentrys or hell just do a normal day.... I hate it when people complain about movies not being "realistic"

I thought it was entertaining, music, flash, girls... lots of creative customized cars... I guess people are just cynical, and have to look for all the bad in things, ahwell thats life i guess....

movies that are realistic captuer you mroe cause it can actually happen you could do it if you really wanted to...the least they codul have done woudl be to do teh played otu JDM thing and have all the cars on knockoff old school rims' ...or spoon resplica's...but nope they have the essence of everythign wrong with the "scene" today....and the scene changed low befoer 2 years ago...liek 3-4 years ago it instanly turned gay... ...I mean have soem real life cars run a quater mile and nto jump a bridge and not be hard with the "streets" livin a "thug life"...show soem launches liek a sweet awd launch that smoek all four tires....they need better racign footage..**** give me teh camera and they wodul atleast ahve good driving and racign shots...what abotu barckgin secodn adn third gear sounds...stuff leiik that woudl help alot...and take out the NOS buttons..

i liked the 2nd one better because the first one was really pissing me off with the unrealistic street racing scene...although the 2nd one was the same...it wasnt about the racing as much so it was decent.
