1996 Honda Civic rim size

Hi,

I have a 1996 Civic Lx 1.6L with 13" rims.
I wanted to put bigger aftermarket rims on my car... what rim size would fit?

All depends on how low you are and what you plan to do with the car.

For the 96, I'd say 15's if you'e lowered, they'll look good, fit easy and tires 195/55r15 or 205/50r15 will be cheaper than most other sizes like 16's or larger. 16's or maybe 17's depending on the ride height and style of your car could look better, but cost more and you'll need to go with something like 205/45r16 or 225/40r17 maybe and then you'll possibly have fitment issues, minor ones but still, and ride quality will suffer more. Generally for all Civics 88-00 a good 15 is the way to go. Shoot for something in a 15x7 +35 offset and you should be able to run them without any issue.

I also plan on pitting lowering springs and a camber kit on for negative camber, but nothing to crazy.

I think the wheels would be the first step.. Thanks man.
