19 and looking for a rental car IMPOSSIBLE?
i am trying to get a rental car which i cannot get bcause i am underage
i need a car becaues i need to get to school, and bus takes long time,
any clue on how i can get a rental, my insurance is covering me 1500$ max

a rental car to go to school everyday? that's gonna be pretty expensive for sure...
you can usually get rental cars if ur underage but u may have to pay a premium for the insurance cuz ur underage... depends on where you look... i've rented cars before at 18 even, it just cost a few extra bucks per day... not worth it if you ask me...

19 with a full G is a must to rent a car by yourself...you are gonna have to pay atleast an extra 20bucks a day for the rental for extra insurance...if this is part of an insurance claim you should be entitled to a rental as long as u have a full G license

well, i was 20 and i had ana accident... when u go through insurance it doesn't matter what your age is... just go to the rental place and they will be able to do it. i got my rental from enterprise and they said for insurance purposes you could be 16 with a g2 and they have to cause u pay for it with yourr insurance and your insurance is going to be covering the rental car as long as u have full coverage...
i just had my g2 at the time and the only thing i couldn't get is to buy the extra insurance cause i had to be 21 to buy the rental companies insurance, but your insurance will cover you. they don't have a choice... no matter whos fault it is

yeah i got into an acccident and my stupid insruance wont cover me for the extra premium on top of the car rental, which is like 20$ extra, they said its an out of pocket expense if i require a car to rent, which i do need one, so im preddy messed up, carless

Yeah WyseGuy is right. Thats the best way to do it.
My roomate was in the same situation and thats what she did too. Works out fine, safe and on budget too.
