09 Nissan 370Z

Smaller, lighter, more hp. Awesome.

I've always had a soft spot for the 350Z. One of my first cars was a Datsun 280Z back in the day. The 350Z is a great looking car, but slightly under powered for its weight and a little big to be a true representation of the original Z car. The 370Z looks to change that.

me likey

I like the way the rear side window turns up to follow the rear fender bulge like the old classic Z's, also the lower front bumper looks awsome.

I like it. 7 speed auto, and more gauges to match how the GT-R is.

I'd still rather have a full manual tranny.

I too would rather have a full manual although I hear the tranny in the GT-R is quick..

Not to get too picky but shouldn't this be a 2010 370Z? If it were a 2009, it should be in showrooms now....

They raped the headlights and taillights in the ***, looks like **** in my opinion, and im not just saying that cuz i got the 350, its my honest opinion.

Other then that, props to nissan for finally fixing the cheap plastics in the current Z's. Hopefully its of muchh better quality, cuz the current interior dissapoints me, quite alot. Hopefully they wont have so many production problems like they did in the first year Z's though, tire feathering, tranny problems, oil consumption, this that, thats the only thing keeping me from trading mine in for it.

I feel the opposite. I hated they way the 350's reflectors are just tacked onto the front and rear bumpers, almost like an afterthought.

To each his own I guess...
Not feeling the outside...

But the interior...sex... Perfect in everyway.... especially that tach :O so niceee.

I still wouldn't buy it though seeing their JUST releasing it. Everything they JUST released lately "Sporty" has had some kinda ****-up...
Even the GTR.... heard about the 15 launches...and gotta replace tranny for 20K, complete bull****. Sorry im kinda spazzing but I've just recently heard about a couple other owners whos trannys are now garbage because they used a feature available in the damn car. Why advertise a feature (LC), and use its results as the advertised performance rating of a car yet have it void the warranty if the consumer uses it. Bla im going off topic, anyways

370z looks pretty awesome on the inside, still wouldn't buy it when looking at Nissans history with its first 350s and the new GTR.

I agree about the first year. My Si's, an 06 and 07 have been virtually problem free. But there are many owners of the new Civics that are having lots of problems.

On another note, a guy down the street from me has a 350Z and he just got some aftermarket exhaust for it. Not sure of the brand, but it sounds great.

GTR's are meh anyway, but thats a whole other thread.
