Will prelude rims fit 8th gen Civic?

I have a 2008 Civic lx.

A friend is offering me some 5 bolt 2001 prelude rims.

The rims are 16x7, 5x114.3, 70.3mm offset.
Is the offset too big to fit the Civic?
