Will it fit?
Im currently running 195/60/r15 on a 7th gen lowered 2.5 all around what would a 205/35/17 look like? Im looking for the fender to ride right on top the tire, And would i need to roll myfenders?

there's a few other factors here like offset, and unfortunately tire brand will affect the actual size a little, even tire model can change the size within brands. Camber kits and adjustable ride height thru coilovers will help you dial in the stance you want best, otherwise measure how much gap you have now, then use this...
Tire size calculator
or something similar to get a rough idea of what tire size you need to get the gap you are looking for. Wider rims and low offset are what's cool, but without coils and camber kits getting them to "fit" won't be easy, or maybe even impossible, so maybe go a little narrower and higher offset. Measure how far out you'd want the wheel after installed and get spacers that will get the wheel poked out a little closer to flush.
As for rolling, the long and short of it is, yes. If you want the wheel to be anywhere near the fender static, it's gonna rub when you drive.
