whats the diff with all the hawk pads?

whats the diff with all the hawk pads?

wondering what the difference is with the pad types have and what to use for streetuse/

hp plus has more bite to them.. but they gotta be warmed up to get the most out of them.
hp plus are noisy and make alot of dust.

I wouldn't use the HP plus unless you need them (do a lot of track and autocross).

For the street, stick with the HPS.

Heck, I use the $20 nascar pads from crapytire and have found they give fantastic performance when used with the Ate premuin one groved rotors... Good stopping power and long life.

Different pads are for different coefficients of friction, which are for different applications.

Getting the base pads, usually the cheapest ones is best way to go since I doubt you will be doing a lot of tracking with the "big sedan".

As mike said, go for cheap pads and call it a day.
