What size tire can I run?

Hi All,

I have a stock 93' lx sedan and I was wondering what tire size i need to go with for a 15" rim or a 17" rim? I don't want to throw everything out of wack.

Thanks

I strongly advise against going with a 17" rim for your application. The cost per tire is a lot higher and ride quality goes down the toilet. The best performance and ride quality can be had with 15" rims and tires and for a lot less money. Though if you really want 17's for whatever reason, to each his/her own.

The most common tire sizes for 15" is 205/50R15 or 195/55R15. For 17" 205/40R17.
