Question What is the best tire polish?

I just picked up used Bridgestone tires. Dirty but good condition for the price. All are soiled and chalk writing all over them. I hosed and wiped them down but some chalk and soil are still visible. What is the best way to clean them? I have ArmorAll tire gell but they are crap. The shine only last for 15 minutes. What brand is the best tire polish?

Also, has anyone ever spray paint the side wall of a tire with black paint? Will this work?

Black Magic Titanium Tire Wet
Black bottle with red cap I believe... love the stuff.
As for cleaning, soap water and scrubbing brush (any brush with semi sturdy bristles)

Been the best for me

You need to actually clean the tires properly before applying any tire shine/sealant.

For over-the-counter stuff, I'd go with EagleOne All Wheel & Tire Cleaner, with a stiff tire brush. Spray it on the tire, let it dwell for a few minutes, then scrub the tire. You'll need to do this a few times and perhaps over the course of a week to get the tire fully clean. After the browning is gone, you can apply tire shine. I would recommend getting water-based tire shines.

I've decided to pick up the Black Magic. The previous owner must of lived in a barn. Freakin brown all over them. Round one of scrubbing is done. Looking better. Round two is coming up.
Thanks.
