sir rear disk brake conversion

sir rear disk brake conversion

Hey guys i will be doing a sir rear disk conversion on my 97 EL. But i wanted to know would i still be able to use my blox rear lower contorl arms still? on the conversion or will i have to get new ones? that fit the sir rear? thanks

The rear LCA will be fine. It's the trailing arm that the brake assembly bolts to that might be different.

Part number for 2000 SiR right rear trailing arm is 52371-S04-A21. And for a 97 civic sedan (EL) it's 52371-S04-A00. Not sure what the difference is.

so it won't be a stright swap? would i need to swap the trailing arms?

^That I don't know. You may have to do more research on that. Hopefully someone here has done this on a 96-00 civic sedan and can inform...???
