Right drum brake has clicking/ticking noise

Hey guys,

Two weeks ago I had changed out my rear drums, shoes as well. For about 5 days everything was golden. After that I started to get a clicking noise from my right drum. Can't figure out what may be causing it. I thought maybe the shoes were settling and working out a kink or something. But it's been over a week now.

When applying the brakes very slightly so only the front disks engage, no sound. A little harder, the rears engage and I get tge clicking sound. Harder after that, coming to a complete stop, the sound dulls... I guess because I'm forcing the shoes against the drum walls.

Any guesses?
