Rear disk conversion

Hey guys i purchased a rear disk trailing arm assembly a while back off a 94 integra, i'm planning on throwing it on the car soon but i need to know if the e-brake lines either off my canadian si with rear drums, or the sir e-brake lines will work on it? plz any info is helpful... i'm trying to get a shopping list together for what i need.... let me know guys !

So far my shopping list cost me $360
for : Russel steel braided lines, new brake pads , 2 rebuilt rear calipers and new ebrake from 99-00 sir .
Hence I got the full swap of suspension for 300
