i just got a set of 16s rims n tires, when i go over 120km, my car vibrates

my friends told me that i need to get hub rings

i got 96 civic 4 door, what size i need to get??

Hub rings are good when you have it, but not necessary in all cases. My new wheels aren't running with it.

Rebalance your wheel (if you haven't done so), tire pressure, stones inbedded in tire, brake binding, alignment... etc can all contribute to shaking at high speed.
