Hard Brake Pedal

As the weather is getting cold i noticed my brake pedal is hard in the morning. once the car is warmed up the pedal seems normal. any suggestions what can be causing this? all brakes front and back are new.

Do the brakes work fine otherwise?

It's probably because the fluid is colder and thicker. As it warms up, it thins out.

It's not the fluid, it's a power brake issue.

Car off, press and hold the brake pedal firm. Start the car, does the pedal sink? If it doesn't you got either a bad booster, check valve or hose.
